About Dr

Dr. Manira Sharmin Asha, a distinguished Paediatric dentist from Bangladesh, is an alumna of Rajshahi Medical College, Rajshahi, Bangladesh where she completed her undergraduate studies. She further pursued her passion for Paediatric Dentistry, earning a master’s degree in Paediatric Dentistry (MS) from Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University (BSMMU), Dhaka, Bangladesh. Her commitment to excellence led her to undergo advanced training in conscious sedation in Thailand and India. She held the position of an Assistant Professor and Head in Rangpur Community Dental College and Hospital, Rangpur, Bangladesh. She has been actively involved in teaching Paediatric Dentistry and conducting School Dental Health Programs. She has various national and international publications to her credit. Before joining Charm she used to run exclusive paediatric dental practice in Rangpur, Bangladesh and was attached to Dental Maxillofacial and Implant Centre (DMIC), Rangpur as a consultant in Paediatric Dentistry. She now has joined Charm to introduce state of the art comprehensive Pediatric dental care using conscious sedation. Her commitment to gentle, evidence-based care supports a reassuring visit for every patient thus improving the quality of their life. She also presently serves as the member of International Association of Paediatric Dentistry (IAPD), Indian Society of Dental Traumatology (ISDT), and South Asian Association of Paediatric Dentistry (SAAPD).
